This variety of hellebore, 'Pink Frost', has serrated rich dark green evergreen foliage with red stems and veins and a silvery sheen marbled across the leaves. The blooms start with burgundy and white buds that open light pink maturing to a burgundy red.  This plant is not only great for the garden, its a fabulous spring container garden plant. It blooms throughout Spring and tolerates frost. The ideal thing is that as soon as the warm weather of Summer comes and you are ready to do a more heat tolerant planting you can transplant this plant right into the garden where its blooms will triple the following Spring.
